Questions: How is the software supplied?

After payment you will receive an email with name, password and installation instructions.
The best you can do is print that email out, that way you will be able to re-install everything again in case needed.
The set-up will not overwrite the existing data in case of a re-installation.
In case of a new installation it is possible to recollect the old data at the condition that you made a back-up of these data.

Question : Is it possible to make a backup of the software?

TransStock is equipped with a terrific backup system. You can save your backups on your pc or on one of our servers. Thanks to this system you will never lose any important information or settings.
